Finish an integration that reads every page of an authenticated, paginated API, filters and transforms the records, and posts them to a downstream service in one batch. The post must be safe to retry without creating duplicates, and every failure (a bad page, an auth error, a rejected batch) must be handled explicitly rather than swallowed.
