Shortest driving tour of resorts using maps APIs

A practical round in a small Python project. Given a home address and a list of resorts to visit:
- Resolve each place to a location with a places API.
- Collect the driving time between every pair of places with a routes API, handling failures and rate limits.
- Compute the order that visits every resort and returns home in the least total driving time. Brute force works for a handful of stops; explain the bitmask dynamic program for more.
