Roll up dubbing review status from lines to files

A dubbing project has script lines grouped into media files, and every line starts as pending. Reviewers approve a line, request changes on it, or ask for a re-record, which sends it back to needing review even if it was approved. Implement those three actions and a query for a file's overall status: changes requested if any line has that status, otherwise needs review if any line does, otherwise pending if any line is still pending, otherwise approved.
