A merchant moving to Stripe exports its customers' cards from its old processor as a CSV (customer, card, first and last name, card number, expiry written as MYY or MMYY), plus a second CSV mapping customers to email addresses. Produce the import file: one row per card with the customer's email, the cardholder's full name built from whichever name parts are present, the card number, and the expiry split into a month and a four-digit year, keeping the input order.
