Filter contacts by email domain

Contacts arrive as name,email,phone lines. Given a domain (which may be written with or without a leading @), return the original lines whose email belongs to that domain, comparing case-insensitively and keeping input order. Skip malformed lines and malformed addresses: an email needs exactly one @ and something before it.
