Design a folder hierarchy for workspace files

A team workspace organizes files in nested folders. Members list a folder, create files and folders, rename them, and move a file or a whole folder to a new parent. IDs never change on rename or move, names are unique (case-insensitively) within a folder, and a move must never create a cycle, orphan a node or leave it under two parents. Design the data model, the listing API with stable pagination, atomic moves, and safe retries of a create, rename or move that timed out. File contents, search and sharing are out of scope.
