Build the core of a dispatcher for a customer support team. Customers get in touch and wait. Human agents sign in, serve one request after another, and sometimes leave, even in the middle of a request. The dispatcher decides which agent serves which waiting customer, and when.
Model the main objects and operations, and make sure a request that an agent abandons midway is not lost.
