Gears are connected in pairs that mesh, and the whole mechanism is connected. Gear 0 turns clockwise and meshing gears turn in opposite directions. Return how many gears turn clockwise and how many counterclockwise, or report that the mechanism locks because some loop of gears can't alternate (the graph isn't bipartite).
