Take-home, then a presentation to engineers and a business leader. Build a customer-support agent with the company's open-source agent framework on top of a provided sample database (one version uses a music store's customers, orders and catalog), and make it production-ready enough to demo live.
In the presentation, explain which support flows you chose and why (for example order lookup, refunds, catalog search, recommendations), why you structured the agent's graph the way you did and what alternative you weighed, and how tracing and evaluation help you debug and improve it. Expect pushback on the architecture.
