# Land the Lab > Land the Lab (landthelab.com) maps the engineering interview loops at the frontier AI labs and AI-native companies (Anthropic, OpenAI, SpaceXAI (formerly xAI) and its Cursor, Google DeepMind, Databricks, Perplexity and others; 60 companies in all): every round of each company's loop, the real questions asked in it, and when each question was last reported. Engineers practice on worked answers, remix them, and get graded at their level. Land the Lab is for experienced software, machine learning and research engineers (roughly L4 to L7) who have an interview loop coming up at one of these companies. Browsing companies, loops, questions and tracks is free and needs no account.
